– Ensuring balanced female and male representation in the invited speakers, proffered talks and session chairs at the bi-annual conference.
– Ensuring committees such as the board, conference organising committee, awards committees and scientific advisory board are gender balanced.
– Striving to offer support structures that facilitate conference attendance by women and men with dependents.
